Şarkı çıktığı ilk gün Facebook ve Youtube gibi yasal platformlarda 8 milyon′ üzerinde dinlenme oranıyla rekora ulaştı. 2012 yazının sonlarına doğru “Katilisin Sevgimin” isimli albümü müzikseverlerin beğenisine sundu. Albüm o kadar çok sevildi ki youtube üzerinde rap sanatçıları arasında en çok takip edilen albüm oldu. Ali Metin 2012 yılının ilk çeyreğinin son günlerinde hayranlarına Oy Gülüm adlı parçayla hayranlarının karşısına çıktı. Yaz boyunca Türkiye’ nin dört bir yanında verdiği konserler ile sevenleri ile buluştu. Ali Metin 2013 yılında çıkarttığı “Ömrümün Karası” ve “Yine Gel” adlı parçalarına çektiği kliplerle dikkatleri üzerine çekerken de sevenlerinin gönlünde taht kurdu. Ali Metin yeni Albümünü sevenleri ile buluşturmak için gün sayıyor.
